Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Processing times refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and start once your payment has been successfully authorized.
You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order has been processed.
Delivery dates are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to shipping partner delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or it being unclaimed), it will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
