Thank you for shopping with Help Homeopathy. Because we sell homeopathic remedies and ingestible wellness products, we must prioritize product safety and hygiene. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by law.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Returns / All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products that did not meet your expectations
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Unwanted orders

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we will work with you if there is an issue with your order that is our responsibility.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong product or quantity sent)

Please contact us at info@tryhelp.co within 5 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our discretion and as applicable under local law, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the affected item, or
  • A refund to your original payment method for the affected item

We reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund for any reason.

3. Order Cancellations

We may be able to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped.

  • If you need to cancel, contact us at info@tryhelp.co as soon as possible with your order number.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

If a cancellation is approved in time, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused at delivery, etc.):

  • We cannot resell or reuse returned homeopathic products, so these items must be discarded.
  • As a result, no refund will be issued, unless required by applicable law.

Please double-check your shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
